A MIB row in the bgpConfigTable could not be modified because to do so would result in a config with one or both of the two route-maps required for conditional advertisement not specified. A valid configuration must have both non-exist and advertise route-maps specified. The attempt to modify the MIB row will fail.
Set the bgpConfigCondAdvOn flag to AMB_FALSE before modifying the conditional advertisement configuration. Set it back to AMB_TRUE when reconfiguration is complete.
