This message is displayed when an EAPS LinkUp PDU is received.When a link is restored on a Transit switch, it sends out a LinkUp PDU.
This PDU is usually used for debugging purposes. On a Master node, usually, soon after receiving this PDU, it should change its state from Failed to Complete. If the Master does not change its state to Complete within a few seconds, it may need troubleshooting.
