Failed to start the netDbMgr server. This condition results in applications not being able to communicate with netDbMgr and hence will not have access to remote databases. This is not expected and is indicative of a serious problem.
Try restarting netDbMgr using the "restart process netDbMgr" command. If the issue persists, on systems with backup nodes try failing over to the backup. Standalone systems may require a reboot to correct the problem.
