Created (s,g) entry for register messaage. There was no (*,g) entry corresponding to the group. The (s,g) entry is created in order to facilitate instant join to the source, for the new downstream members. If the (s,g) is not created, the new members may have to wait for upto 1 minutes to receive any packet. Creating (s,g) entry is way to remember all the sourcea streaming to group, towards which instant (s,g) join couild be sent on receiving (*,g)/IGMP join from downstream routers/hosts.
