ipsec auth-method

Syntax

• default ipsec auth-method

• ipsec auth-method <pre-share | rsa-sig>

• ipsec auth-method rsa-sig [cert-subject-name WORD<1-45>]

Command Parameters

<pre-share | rsa-sig>

Specifies the IPsec authentication method as either a pre-shared key or RSA signature for digital certificates.

cert-subject-name WORD<1-45>

Specifies the digital certificate subject name to be used as the identity certificate. If a subject name is not specified, the default certificate subject name is Global.

Default

The default is a pre-shared key.
