configure ripng [vlan vlan-name | tunnel tunnel-name] cost metric
Description
Configures the cost (metric) of the interface..
Syntax Description
| vlan-name | Specifies an IPv6 configured VLAN. |
| tunnel-name | Specifies an IPv6 tunnel. |
| metric | Specifies a cost metric. Range is 1 to 15. |
Default
The default setting is 1.
Usage Guidelines
The specified interface cost is added to the cost of the route received through this interface.
Example
The following command configures the cost for the VLAN finance to a metric of 3:configure ripng vlan finance cost 3

This command was first available in ExtremeXOS 11.2.
