The show ip dhcp-relay fwd-path command displays the following information:

Specifies the server address. |

Specifies if the DHCP-relay forwarding path from the client to the server is enabled on the switch. |
MODE |
Indicates the configured mode of this interface. |
SRC PORT 67 |
Specifies that the UDP source port is 67 for BOOTP/DHCP relay request. The default is 68. |
