Configures the timeout value for the Global Router.

Command Parameters
- <10-432000>
- fwd-cache-timeout value in
seconds.
- <1-100>
- Specifies the Shortest Path
Bridging MAC (SPBM) instance ID. Creates the SPBM instance. In this release only
one SPBM instance is supported.
Default
The default is 210 seconds.
