sys vim-speed group

Configure all of the ports on an installed Versatile Interface Module (VIM) into two speed setting groups.

Syntax

This command is not supported on all VIMs. Some VIMs must operate with all ports at the same speed, or with a group of ports at the same speed, while others can operate with ports at different speeds. For more information, see Fabric Engine Release Notes.

sys vim-speed group <1-2> {1000 | 10000| 25000}

Command Parameters

<1-2>

Configures all ports into two speed setting groups. Ports in groups must be configured to operate at the same speed.

group 1: ports 2/1, 2/2, 2/3
group 2: ports 2/4, 2/5, 2/6

{1000 | 10000| 25000}

Configures all VIM ports to operate at either 1 Gbps, 10 Gbps, or 25 Gbps. The default is 25 Gbps.

The default is 25 Gbps.
