Enables the VLACP Flap Detect and Damping feature on the port.

Syntax

default vlacp flap-detect enable
no vlacp flap-detect enable

The default configuration is disabled.

Do not enable VLACP Flap Detect and Damping on Link Aggregation Control Protocol (LACP) enabled ports.
