Purpose

This document provides information on features in Extreme Networks Fabric Engine™. Fabric Engine runs on the following product families:

• ExtremeSwitching 5320 Series

• ExtremeSwitching 5420 Series

• ExtremeSwitching 5520 Series

Prior to Fabric Engine 8.6, 5520 Series and 5420 Series platforms ran VOSS. VOSS support ends for these platforms with VOSS 8.5.x.

This guide describes the Command Line Interface (CLI) commands for the configuration of various features in Fabric Engine. The chapters in this document correspond to a command mode in the CLI. Each chapter is organized alphabetically for those commands in that mode. If a command is available in all modes, like many show commands, it is documented in the mode that requires the lowest level of access privileges.
