FDB Information

To view FDB (forwarding database) entries, use the following command:

show fdb netlogin [all | mac-based-vlans]

By specifying netlogin, you see only FDB entries related to network login or network login MAC-based VLAN (Virtual LAN)s.

The flags associated with network login include:

v—Indicates the FDB entry was added because the port is part of a MAC-Based virtual port/VLAN combination
n—Indicates the FDB entry was added by network login
