Configuring EAPS Support for Multicast Traffic

The ExtremeXOS software provides several commands for configuring how EAPS (Extreme Automatic Protection Switching) supports multicast traffic after an EAPS topology change.

Note

EAPS multicast flooding must be enabled before the add-ring-ports feature will operate. For information on enabling EAPS multicast flooding, see the command:
