Mcast_Macs_Local Table

The Mcast_Macs_Local Table contains multicast Ethernet MAC addresses that have been learned locally on the VXLAN gateway.

Number of Records in the Table: Many. Multiple records containing the fields described below can exist in this table; there is one record for each locally learnt multicast MAC.

MAC	W	R	String with the MAC address that has been learned locally.
logical_switch	W	R	String, UUID of the Logical_Switch to which this MAC is connected.
locator_set	W	R	String, UUID of the Physical_Locator_Set through which this mulitcast MAC is reachable.

Note

IGMP (Internet Group Management Protocol) snooping is not supported, so this table has one entry (for each logical_switch) initially. This is the special “unknown-dst” entry.
The locator_set for the “unknown-dst” is the UUID for the set of all tunnel_ips of the local Physical_Switch.
