Renaming a VLAN

To rename an existing VLAN (Virtual LAN), use the following command:

configure {vlan} vlan_name | vlan_id name name

The following rules apply to renaming VLANs:

You cannot change the name of the default VLAN.
You cannot create a new VLAN named default.
