Precedence with Egress ACLs

Egress ACL (Access Control List)s are supported on ExtremeSwitching and Summit X450-G2, X460-G2, X670-G2, X770, X440-G2, X590, X620, X870 series switches. For these, egress ACL lookup happens at egress, and diffserv, dot1p and other non-ACL feature examination happen at ingress. Therefore, egress ACL happens at the last moment and has precedence.
