action
Specifies the action invoked on the client once it reaches a specified threshold value. The threshold values are configured based on the client load.
Supported in the following platforms:
- Access Points — AP505i, AP510i/e,
AP560i/h
- Service Platforms
— NX5500, NX7500, NX9500, NX9600, VX9000
Syntax
action [assisted-roam|deauth|log]
Parameters
action [assisted-roam|deauth|log]
| action [assisted-roam|deauth|log] |
Configures the action invoked on the client once
it reaches the specified threshold value. The options are:
- assisted-roam – Provides 802.11v assisted roaming
facility to the client
- deauth – De-authenticates the client. This is the
default setting.
- log – Generates a log
Note: In all three cases an event is generated. However, the message
generated differs and is based on the action specified.
