Reinitializing Access Control Ports

Existing MKA connections and their underlying MACsec connections can be terminated and restarted by issuing a MACsec port initialization command. Any existing MKA Live or Potential Peers is cleared, along with any existing secure keys (SAKs). Use the set macsec init command in any command mode to reinitialize a MACsec port.
