Configuring CoS Port-Resource

Physical rate limiters and rate shapers are configured in CoS port resources. Resources map directly to the number of queues and rate limiters supported by each port-type. See TxQ Support by Port Type for TxQ support by port type. See Inbound Rate Limiter Support by Port Type for IRL support by port type. Resources exist for each port group and are indexed as port-group.port-type resource-index. Port-resources initially default to none, as rate limiting and shaping is not required.
