Clears the IP counter statistics on the
device.

- Clears all IP counter statistics on the
device or the selected interface.

- Specifies an interface.

ve-id
- Clears all VE statistics for the specified
VE ID.

- Clears all VE counter statistics.

- For devices that do not support line cards,
specify 0.
