show bfd neighbors application

Displays Bidirectional Forwarding Detection (BFD) neighbor session information.

Syntax

show bfd neighbors application { bgp | isis | ospf | ospf6 | static-ip}

Parameters

bgp
Specifies Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) sessions.
isis
Specifies Intermediate System to Intermediate System (IS-IS) sessions.
ospf
Specifies Open Shortest Path First (OSPF) sessions.
ospf6
Specifies Open Shortest Path First version 3 (OSPFv3) sessions.
static-ip
Specifies static IPv4 and IPv6 sessions.

Usage Guidelines

IS-IS is supported only on devices based on the DNX chipset family. For a list of such devices, see "Supported Hardware".

Output

The show bfd neighbors application command displays the following information:

Output field Description

OurAddr

Specifies the source IP address of the interface on which this BFD session is running.

NeighAddr

The IPv4 or IPv6 address of the remote neighbor.

State

The current state of the BFD session:

  • UP
  • DOWN
  • A.DOWN - The administrative down state.
  • INIT - The initialization state.
  • UNKNOWN - The current state is unknown.

Int

Specifies the interface on which the BFD session is running.
