Configures the global PIM timers on the specified router interfaces.
ipv4 | Specifies the IPv4 address family. |

hello_interval | Specifies the amount of time before a hello message is sent out by the PIM router. The range is 1–65,535 seconds. |
jp_interval | Specifies the join/prune interval. The range is 1–65,535 seconds. |

These default timers should only be adjusted when excess PIM control packets are observed on the interface.
The following example configures the PIM timers on the VLAN accounting:
configure pim timer 150 300 vlan accounting
