Description

Removes the configuration that causes This command is available on the ExtremeSwitching X440-G2, X450-G2, X460-G2, X465, X590, X620, X670-G2, X690, X695, X870, 5320, 5420, 5520 series switches. ports to forward the traffic from all multicast groups, even if no IGMP joins have been received on the port.

Syntax Description

vlanname Specifies a VLAN name.
portlist Specifies one or more ports or slots and ports. On a SummitStack, it can be a list of slots and ports. On a standalone switch, can be one or more port numbers. May be in the form 1, 2, 3-5, 2:5, 2:6-2:8.

Usage Guidelines

This command is used to remove a static router port entry created on a VLAN. Use this command to remove an entry created by the following command:

configure igmp snooping vlan vlanname ports portlist add static router

Example

The following example removes the static IGMP entry that caused all multicast groups to be forwarded to VLAN marketing on ports 2:1-2:4:

configure igmp snooping marketing ports 2:1-2:4 delete static router
