Use the direction command to set capture direction for packet capture.

direction in | out | both

Parameters

in | out | both Specifies the direction of packet capture:
  • in — Capture packets received by the AP
  • out — Capture packets transmitted by the AP.
  • both — Capture packets both transmitted and received by the AP. This is the default value.

Example

The following example captures packets received by the AP.
