This event occurrs if we detect a corrupt configuration delivered from the JFFS2 filesystem. This manifests as a block of 1024 bytes of 'zeros' at the beginning of the file resulting in no processing of the configuration (they system will come up with a default configuration)
Bootrom recovery to completely repartition/reinstall the system or RMA.
