The framework failed to authenticate the client, as it cant move to the requested VLAN.
This could happen when there are authenticated clients existing on the current port (untagged), and we can only be in one port untagged at a given time. This could also happen when a port already exists tagged/untagged and your client tried to authenticate untagged/tagged. To allow the client to authenticated to the current vlan, change the NetLogin related CLI setting.
