An internal software error has ocurred while synchronizing the packet modification information for a port in a VMAN in the backup MSM. This indicates that the backup MSM is out of sync with the active MSM.
Reboot the backup MSM. If the problem persists, Increase the log severiry level of HAL.VMAN, HAL.VLAN and report this issue to the custmer support with the output of "show tech log"
