A hello packet with v4 support was received on an interface that does not have v4 forwarding enabled.
This check is performed when adjacency checking for IPv4 is enabled. If this is undesirable, disable adjacency checking. Otherwise, ensure that the interfaces on either side of the adjacency have ipv4 forwarding enabled.
