VSM has declared the MLAG peer to be down due to non-reception of multiple health-check messages. This condition is can happen if the peer MLAG switch is rebooted or the ISC link goes down.
Please check the state of the MLAG peer and/or the ISC link connectivity using a diagnostic tool like ping.
