OSPF NM communications with the BFD stub failed. OSPF NM cannot communicate with the BFD stub. NM handles this condition by deactivating. OSPF failed to initialize. This condition is self-clearing. NM recovers when when NM is able to communicate with the BFD stub again.
Wait a few seconds and see whether OSPF recovers. Investigate why NM cannot communicate with the BFD stub. Check that the BFD stub is present and active. If a BFD stub is not expected, confirm that a join to one is not configured in the OSPF NM Entity MIB. If OSPF does not recover from the failure, then gather diagnostics and contact support.
