A hello packet was received and includes indication that no protocols supported by the neighbor are also supported by this router.
In a multi-topolgy environment, point-to-point adjacencies require that the neighbors have at least one protocol in common. This message indicates that no protocols are common to the neighbors. This may occur during a transitional period of configuration. If not, check the configuration on both neighbors to ensure at least one common protocol is in use on either side of the adjacency.
