While attempting to add a new neighbor to the receiving interface's neighbor database, the system ID was already associated with the interface.
This is a "should never" happen scenario because the receiving interface's database is checked for the neighbor system ID before attempting to add it. If the problem persists and/or an adjacency fails to form on the interface, try removing the affected interface from TRILL and re-adding it.
