This event will occur upon conditions like RMEP expiry/detect, LMEP XCON error/clear, CCM_ERROR error/clear, REMOTE_CCM error/clear etc and dot1ag notifies them to the registered clients. In all these cases, either the RMEP entry is removed if it is dynamically learnt or the Inactive flag is set in case of static RMEP which can be observed in "show cfm detail".
No action required - Informational message only. Dot1ag registered clients actually respond to this event and take necesary action.
