Dot1ag receives this event, whenever a fault namely CCM_TIMEOUT or XCON or ERROR_CCM or REMOT_CCM occurs on a MEP of type "LMEP" or "RMEP".
If the fault is for a Remote MEP, the Inactive flag is set which can be observed in "show cfm detail". If the fault is for a Local MEP, "show cfm" displays the respective error.
