Retry configuration with expected encrypted string format. Encrypted string should be one of the following format " configure identity-management ldap bind-user <user-name> encrypted "#<char1>#<char2>.....#<char32>" or " configure identity-management ldap bind-user <user-name> encrypted "<char1><char2>.....<char32>".
