An error has occured while reading DDMI operating parameters from the optical module EEPROM. The reason for this error could be that there is no DDMI information present on the optical module or the EEPROM i2c read has failed.
Issue the "show log" command and check to determine if the optical module is not DDMI-capable. If the error occured on a DDMI-capable module, determine if the condition persists or it is a problem with the optical module or the port. You can do this by checking if the optical module works in another port and if this port works with an optical module known to work correctly.
