Clearing per QoS TX statistics for a port failed on hardware.
This problem is usually due to a failure of accessing a hardware register. The hardware may be in a bad state. The error message gives the detail of the failure. The problem usually can be resolved by retrying the operation or power-cycling the switch or the card in the slot.
