The system is not functioning as expected. A maximum number of events is currently pending. The system cannot send any more. This almost certainly indicates a IO slot is not responding to the requests sent by Management module.
This is possibly the result of some software/hardware malfunction at the IO. Restart the IO module by disabling followed by enabling the slot. Additionally, Report the problem to your switch support contact.
