This is a debug message which indicates that the specified ISC port is being added as a router port. This will happen when an MLAG port goes DOWN and there are V3 receivers on that port. To ensure that traffic goes to such receivers through the remote switch, ISC port will be added as a router port (if not already added).
This is an informational message and no remedy is required.
