This message indicates that the PBB functions are not disabled on the ports removed from the given VLAN. The cause could be in the PSI library, the conduit pipe to the given slot, or the low on memory in the system. The side effect is that the port behaves as if it is still associated to the I-SID.
Retry the configuration so that the ports are added to the I-SID flood group and the IOB is programmed correctly.
