PIM failed to create a socket used for internal communication. Socket creation failures may result in incorrect operation of PIM protocol.
On dual-MSM systems try failing over to the backup MSM. Stackables or single MSM systems may require a reboot to correct the problem. If the issue persists, please escalate to engineering.
