This event occurs when a VLAN has no IPv6 address configured either statically or dynamically through DHCPv6.
Check if the VLAN configured as DHCPv6 client has a valid static IPv6 address and DHCPv6 client state has entered "Bound" state using the command "show dhcp-client ipv6 state". If not, configure a static ipv6 address using the command "configure vlan <vlanName> ipaddress <ipv6 address/ prefix length>". Also, it is not recommended to enable DHCPv6 client on a bootp relay enabled VLAN. If the event still occurs, contact technical support after gathering relevant information using "show tech-support" CLI command and uploading the debug data out of the switch using "upload debug <ipaddress> vr vr-mgmt" CLI command.
