Could not register VLAN port interface with VLAN manager when a hardware call to create a ring is received. As a result, port blocking/unblocking function into EXOS is not called.
Collect output from 'show erps <ring>' CLI and check validity of the port and VLAN instance configured on the ring. use 'show port <port>' CLI to obtain port statistics. Use a valid port configured on a valid VLAN
