When a checkpoint message is received from the peer, cache creation could have failed due to either route or RP not being available. When either a route or RP has become available, local switch tries to create multicast cache entries from the information in the checkpoint database. The event indicates that such a process has started. The reason code 'rc' indicates whether the verification is happening due to RP or route becoming available.
