The specified PBB Tunnel checkpointing message could not be constructed and sent to the standby MM due to event buffer allocation failure. This will result in the PBB Tunnel database on the standby MM not being in sync with that on the active MM. This condition will not impact PBB operation until after a failover of the currently active MM.
The system is low on memory resources. The configuration should be reduced in scale or complexity in order for the system to continue operating correctly. Once the configuration is scaled down and memory has been reclaimed, reboot of the standby MM will fix the problem
