This switch transitioned from the specified ESRP state to Slave on the specified VLAN.
This condition is not used for Master to Slave transitions. Transitions to Standby are a normal operation during initialization or configuration. It may also occur if a master reelection took place and two switches transitioned to Premaster. One will switch back to Slave.
