A feature such as SyncE or a command such as configure network-clock has requested a function that requires clock module hardware, but the clock module is not installed.
Power down the switch to install a clock module. Reboot and retry the operation. You can replace an E4G-200 clock module without powering down the router; however, you must reboot the router to initialize the newly installed clock module.
