This is a rare internal condition needing technical assistance. Contact technical support with the following information. Enale FIP, VLAN and HAL.VLAN log - "configure log filter DefaultFilter add events [fip | VLAN | HAL.VLAN] severity debug-data; enable log debug-mode" - and retry when the CPU load is lighter.
