This event occurs when the DHCPv6 Client could not send DHCPv6 packets of correct size.
This is a rare internal condition needing technical assistance. Contact technical support with the following information : Check whether "show dhcp-client state ipv6" CLI output shows State field as "Stopped State". Also check "show vlan <vlanName>" CLI output to see whether link-local address of the vlan had been unconfigured.
