This event occurs whenever an existing OSPFv3 interface is moved from one area to another area with CLI command: configure ospfv3 vlan <vlan-name> area <area-id>. Since with this configuration change the interface is deleted from the old area and added to the new area, the associated adjacencies will be lost in the old area.
